Using the site

Read, share and quote with attribution. Do not scrape the site at volume, resell the writing, break the site or attempt to reach parts of it you were not given access to.

The writing and the product index

Everything here is the personal opinion of Dan Votra, offered as editorial and not as professional, legal, medical or financial advice. Product verdicts are opinion. Paid placements are always labelled “Sponsored”; payment buys placement, never the verdict. Brand names and trademarks belong to their owners, and a mention is not an endorsement or a partnership.

Accounts and handles

Signing in saves your game progress. Your handle appears publicly on the leaderboard, so keep it clean: no impersonation, no abuse, nothing obscene, nothing that includes somebody else's personal details. A handle that breaks this can be renamed or removed, and an account can be suspended, without notice.

The collecting game

The game is free and for fun. Points are awarded by the server; automated play, scripted clicking, self-verified shares or any other manipulation void the score and can end access. Scores, levels and the game itself can change or end at any time.

Signed editions

The artwork is released in 10 signed editions. An edition is a free gift from Dan Votra, not a purchase, not a lottery and never contingent on buying anything. Editions are offered at Dan's discretion to players who reveal the artwork while editions remain, one per person, to residents of the United States aged 18 or over, and cannot be exchanged for cash. If you are offered one, you will be contacted at the email address on your account, and you will need to give a shipping address. This promotion can be changed or ended at any time.

Emails

Subscribing means you asked for that mail. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link and the sender's postal address.

No warranty, and limits

The site is provided as is, without any warranty. Links to other sites are not an endorsement of them. To the fullest extent the law allows, Dan Votra and Mostly Marketing, Inc. are not liable for any loss arising from use of this site or reliance on anything published here.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
